Miss Kiser: My name is Katy Kiser(will be Katy Caughran in 6 months)and I am a 29 year old crazily enthusiastic teacher in Alabama. I have lived in many different states and do not have the thick Southern accent that I want. I am light years away froma beautiful British accent. I adore: a melody that brings back a memory, page turning books, delcious comfort foods (and I occasionally try something unique and daring), long naps on rainy days with my cat who thinks he is a dog, my students' and their ridiculously crazy ideas, my amazing family and my hilarious fiance. My students force me to grow and become more creative and intelligent and each day makes me stronger. My best friends keep me truthful and sane. I wish I was Pablo Picasso, Oprah, Giselle, Einstein, Steve Jobs and Mother Teresa all rolled into one. I am definitely not your normal teacher, but what is normal anyway?
